Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
Total delivery time is processing time + shipping time. Please allow up to 18 days for standard orders during peak seasons.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (if damaged).
