Return & Refund Policy 

At Wildlife Patch, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it easy.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. To start a return, visit your order confirmation email, click "View your order," and submit a return request. Please include your reason for returning in the notes field.

Return Shipping We cover return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and send you a confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

Damaged or Wrong Items If your patch arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email a photo to diana@wildlifepatch.com and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return required.
