We encourage you to review your order details carefully before placing it, and we're always happy to help if you have questions before you buy!
Oops — Something Arrived Damaged? Don't worry — we can help! If your order shows up damaged, just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement. 🐾 just talk to us we are Human!
Here's all we need from you:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and its packaging
Send it to support@wildlifepatch.com and we'll get a replacement on its way as soon as possible (subject to availability).
In-Stock Items For our small-batch in-house items, the same applies — contact us within 7 days if something isn't right.
